Aqscert Management System is geared towards preserving and ensuring the following aspects
:

– Conformities with regulatory standards for the establishment and functioning of certification bodies in order to obtain and maintain the necessary accreditations/approvals;

Conform to the regulatory standards for the establishment and operation of inspection bodies (excluding the production-related areas “DOP/IGP/STG”), in order to obtain and maintain the necessary accreditations/approvals;

– Implement certification and inspection activity to ensure competence at all levels;

– Use of qualified personnel to work in full independence;

Training and informing staff on planned certification and inspection activities;

– Use of accredited/qualified testing laboratories;

Use of assessors and technical experts who meet the competence requirements and personal characteristics required by international and national legislation. Finally, they are subject to selection and monitoring in order to evaluate these characteristics, as well as a planned training during the period in which they act on behalf of AQSCERT.

Use of inspectors who meet the personal competence and characteristics required by international and national law and/or in the case of inspection activity is carried out on beside third rated requirements or agreed with by the clients.

– The independence and impartiality of functions and personnel used in certification activities, including;

– The complete separation of independence and impartiality between the functions proposing and ensconcing certification and organs that maintain impartiality;

– Establishing the absolute independence and impartiality of the Committee for Defence and Impartiality, the committee representative of stakeholders and elements guaranteeing the impartiality and independence of AQSCERT;

– The independence and impartiality of the functions and personnel in inspection by the organizational structure and the use of documented procedures;

– Compliance with established rules and laws concerning the reliability and security of data and records;

– Absolute transparency in certification and inspection activities

– Comply with the schedule in procedures for conducting preliminary investigations, inspection and monitoring of certification;

– Compliance with the conditions of supply of certification and inspection services by applicants/companies and AQSCERT as well;

Ensure that any person who is qualified and requires service in the field of AQSCERT activities can access the inspection and certification schemes (except those excluded above);

Establish an independent Appeals Committee for the management of complaints about certification activities, avoiding, as far as possible, the presence of situations that may lead to complaints from the Applicant, the Organization or third parties;

– Acceptance of opinions expressed by the Complaints Committee and implementation of subsequent actions;

Pursuing the applicant/organization’s maximum satisfaction in the certification and inspection activities

Access to the means of complaint,

Prompt and appropriate response to complaints filed by applicants/organizations;

Identifying the appropriate actions to improve the service provided over time, and the immediate incorporation of questionnaires for evaluating customer satisfaction;

Verification of compliance with the provisions in the quality policy “and achieving the objectives through internal audits;

Periodic evaluation appropriate to the guidelines and objectives set out by periodic reviews directed and planned.

– The implementation of the special expenditures, defined in its tariffs, adopted by the responsible bodies, ensuring fairness and uniformity;
