The Management System AQSCERT is geared to safeguard and ensure the following:

  • – compliance with the applicable standards for the establishment and operation of certification bodies in order to obtain and maintain accreditation / license required;
  • – compliance with the applicable standards for the establishment and activities of the Inspection Bodies, in order to obtain and maintain accreditation / license required;
  • – the implementation of the certification and inspection ensuring the competence at all levels;in particular:
  • – the use of qualified personnel who operate with complete freedom;
  • – the training and information on planned activities of staff working in the certification and inspection;
  • – the use of testing laboratories accredited / qualified;
  • – the use of assessors and technical experts who satisfy the requirements of competence and personal characteristics required by national and international regulations.At the end, they are subject to selection and monitoring aimed at assessing these characteristics, as well as training scheduled during – the period in which they are acting on behalf of
  • – the use of inspectors who meet the competence and personal characteristics required by international and national regulations and / or, in the case of inspections carried out for third parties, the requirements of the Client or agreed with this;
  • – the independence and impartiality of the functions and personnel used in the certification activities, in particular:
  • – the distinction and the absolute independence and impartiality of the functions of decision proponent certification certification and safeguard the impartiality;
  • – the constitution and the absolute independence and impartiality of the Committee on Safeguarding Impartiality, representative committee of interested parties and guarantee element of impartiality, and independence of AQSCERT;
  • – the independence and impartiality of the functions and the personnel employed in inspection activities through the organizational structure and the use of documented procedures;
  • – compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements relating to the confidentiality and security of data and records;
  • – the absolute transparency of the certification and inspection;in particular:
  • – the application of specific spending, down from its tariffs approved by the responsible bodies, ensuring fairness and uniformity;
  • – compliance with the schedule in the procedures for carrying out the activities of investigation, inspection, certification and surveillance;
  • – compliance with the conditions of supply of the services of certification and inspection by the Applicants / Organizations and AQSCERTsame;
  • – assurance that any person who is eligible and who require service within the sectors of activity of AQSCERT,can have access to inspection and certification schemes (subject to the exclusions set out above);
  • – the establishment of an independent Appeals Committee, for the handling of complaints concerning the certification activities, while avoiding, as much as possible the occurrence of situations that may give rise to grounds for appeal to the Appeals Committee by Applicants / or third-party organizations ;
  • – acceptance of the opinions expressed by the Appeals Committee and the implementation of subsequent actions;
  • – the search for the maximum satisfaction of Applicants / organizations with regard to the activities of certification and inspection, by:
  • – access to the instrument’s complaint,
  • adequate and quick responses to complaints raised by Applicants / Organizations;
  • – identification of appropriate actions to improve over time the service rendered, including through the use of questionnaires for the assessment of customer satisfaction
  • – verification of compliance with the provisions in the politics of quality ‘and the degree of achievement of objectives, through internal audits;
  • – a periodic evaluation of the adequacy of the above and addresses the objectives defined by the reviews and periodicals directional planned.
